We would have discussions with you to get a better understanding of your organization, how it works, and how orders (or service requests) are processed internally and on the side of the customer. Then we would recommend Swittons solutions that would be tailored to meet your needs.

Our solutions are designed to integrate with (or replace) existing solutions within your company – an easy way for your Enterprise organization to revolutionize your systems and incorporate high-tech IoT into your daily business. In addition, our solutions are based on Microsoft platforms, which also allows for easy cross-integration with existing Microsoft programs your Teams are already using, such as MS Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and so on – decreasing redundancies and maximizing efficiencies.

Transitions to Swittons solutions tend to follow the same framework (our Swittons system integrates with your existing CRM or ERP platforms), but we will customize a transition plan specific for your business and organizational structure, so you have a seamless integration process. In addition, our internal team members plan and assist you during the transition – before, during, and after, ensuring your business maintains its flow during this time.

The Switton would be shipped to the Customer (or delivered personally by your staff), and they would “plug and play” – it’s super-easy for them! For you, it only requires a small set-up step to assign tasks to the 4 buttons, using our secure online portal – the buttons of each Switton can be tailored to each individual customer. And Voila, they can start clicking away!

After initial discussions to plan your Swittons approach, once the first order is placed for your Swittons it will take approximately 4 weeks to receive them (6 weeks if your Swittons is customized with your brand), depending on the size of your customer base and complexity of branding.
